Papertrey Ink February Blog Hop Challenge

Hi!

 It's time for Papertrey Ink's February Blog Hop Challenge!  Our card or project is to be based on the following fun photo.



I found my inspiration in the colors, and came up with this:

I used PTI's "Cutaway Tags: Spring" for the image, and "Banner Style" for the sentiment.  The borders are cut using the "Filigree Border Die".
