Hi!
This card is for Laurie's Fabulous Favorites Challenge: Favorite Layout, and Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Happy Birthday.
One of my favorite layouts is to take a mat or a frame, and embellish it with various images. Flowers and leaves are from "Rosie Posie" and "Gran's Garden". Sentiment is from "Banner Style", and mat is "Mix and Mat: Flourishes Die".
Thanks for stopping by.

Hi!
I made this card for my friend, Alvina, who is a cat lover (actually, she loves pets of all kinds). I am entering it in Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Happy Birthday - they are celebrating their 10th birthday! Happy, Happy Birthday to Alvina and Simon Says Stamp!!
I borrowed the die from my friend, Sue - it is from "Tutti Designs". Sentiment is from SSS, and flowers from PTI.
Be back soon with another card. : )

Hi!
Today I have a card for Laurie's Favourites challenge. This week, Laurie asked us to use our favourite colouring technique. I really like the look of Copics and have been trying to improve my technique - I have difficulty with large images, so chose a small one today.
I am donating a batch of cards for my friend's MS fundraiser, so thought I would include a few Christmas cards for variety. Image is from "Santa's Sleigh Stamp Set", and sentiment is from "Keep it Simple: Christmas".
Have a great week!

Hi!
Today's card is for Laurie's Fabulous Favourite's challenge over on the PTI blog. This week we are to create a project utilizing our favourite style. My favourite style is "layered".
Little bird is from "Brushed Birds", sentiment is from "Penned Elegance", small flower is from "Garden Gild". The wreath is a Spellbinders die.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hi!
Today's card is for two challenges: PTI's Laurie's Favourites challenge where we are to use our favourite color combination, and Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Cute. I love pink and orange together, and used them on the cute little birds.
Birds are from 'Brushed Birds', sprig and sentiment are from 'Beautiful Berries: Spring', and I used one of the accent stamps from 'Corner Adorner: January' to add some interest to two of the corners.
Thanks for stopping by.

Hi!
Today I have a card for this week's PTI's Laurie's Favorite's challenge where we are to use a favourite sentiment. I chose this sentiment as it can be used for many different occasions. This card is to celebrate my best friend Sue's birthday.
Dawn Mcvey hosted a MIM challenge back in June called "Flowers in Reverse". I was inspired by her beautiful cards, and wanted to try her technique.
Stamps and dies are from 'Beautiful Blooms 2', 'Flower Power', 'Gran's Garden', 'Turning a New Leaf', 'Painted Petals', and 'Songbirds'. Sentiment is from 'Penned Elegance'.
Enjoy the rest of the week.

Hi!
Today's project is for two challenges: PTI's Laurie's Fabulous Favourites where we are to use our favourite PTI packaging, and Simon Says Stamps Monday Challenge: Feminine/Girly.
I used PTI's pillow die to create the packaging. Stamps are from "Painted Petals", and sentiment is from "Penned Elegance".
Enjoy the rest of the week.

Hi there!
Today I have a card for Papertrey Ink's Win it Wednesdays: Laurie's Favourites, and Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday Challenge: No Stamps Allowed.
This week Laurie challenged us to use our favourite stand alone die; and Simon's Wednesday Challenge is to use products other than stamps. I came up with this:
I used PTI's 'Text Block Birthday Die' and embellished it with flora and little fish cut from 'Reef Builder'. The waves in the background were created using SSS's 'Stencil Waves This is the Life' stencil.
Enjoy the rest of the week.

Hi!
Papertrey Ink have introduced Win It Wednesdays where we have several opportunities to win! In the challenge "Laurie's Fabulous Favourites", we are to use our favourite color card stock - for me, that would be pink. I used 'Hibiscus Burst' card stock on my card below. I originally made the card to stand vertically, but see that it works horizontally as well. : )
Large flower is from PTI's 'Rosie Posie' (center is cut from a die from the 'Songbirds' collection), smaller flowers are from 'Beautiful Blooms 2'. They are resting on a background cut from 'Noted: Pinked A2 Vertical Die'. Sentiment is cut from 'Wonderful Words: Thank You' die.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend.
